Responsible for daily routing of trucks through strategic planning of delivery zones while utilizing vehicles in the most cost effective and efficient manner while meeting customer demands and company delivery promise guidelines. Perform delivery confirmations in order to allow for timely invoicing to customers within GSAP operating processes. Comply with all company HSSE policies and procedures and show visible leadership to all employees.


Position description – Accountabilities

  • Office focal point for all Logistic inquiries
  • Accountable for hitting On Time In Full (OTIF) targets
  • Engage in various activities involved in route delivery system including dispatching and journey management
  • Manage Bulk Inventory Management (BIM) data by inputting daily information for customer deliveries as well as scheduling next appropriate delivery quantities on customer nominated day
  • Ensure all delivery administration and documentation is complete
  • Assist in training for new and existing employees when necessary
  • Order office supplies and facility supplies
  • HSSE accountabilities include driving HSSE performance and providing visible leadership to all employees
  •  Compliance with all local and legislative HSSE standards
  • Responsible for inventory and managing cycle counts


  • Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience
  • General logistics experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with integrated legacy systems (GSAP)                                                                                  
  • Microsoft Office products (excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • proven record of strong HSSE performance
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment                            
  • CDL preferred
  • Forklift certification preferred
